Boy Butter H2O Extreme

Boy Butter H2O Extreme is a water based lubricant that is a bit different from a lot of other lubes out there. This lube comes in a little tub, reminiscent of a mini butter tub and is a light yellow color.  It has a thicker consistency than many lubes, lending more to the ‘butter’ name.  The other thing that is different about this particular lube is that it has benzocaine in it, which is an anesthetic that lightly numbs the sin where it is placed.  When using any lube with a numbing cream, be sure to use caution to avoid any injury.

To apply this lubricant, I found it easiest to dip a couple fingers in and get what I needed.  Most lubes I own come in a bottle that can be squeezed or poured over whatever I’m applying it to, but the tub just doesn’t allow for that.  Once I have the amount I want, I rub it onto the toy I’m using before inserting.  The creaminess of the lube is nice when rubbing it on and it allows for easy insertion of whatever you happen to be using.

As far as in use goes, this isn’t my favorite lube.  It seems to dry up kind of quickly and doesn’t reactivate with water or saliva as easily as other lubes.  There isn’t a smell but there is a slight medicinal taste to it, which I credit to the benzocaine.  Speaking of the benzocaine, it does provide a gentle numbing, but it isn’t overwhelming.  My first concern was that it would be too strong and make it hard to get off.  On my skin, it quickly sinks in and I can feel temperature and pressure but not texture as easily.

The numbing lasts a fair amount of time but not long enough to be a nuisance.  Even if it lasted longer, the mildness of it would keep it from being much of a problem.  The residue of the lube itself can easily be washed off with warm water and anti-bacterial soap but the numbing effect does not wash away with it. I think this would be a great option for men who are extremely sensitive and need a little help slowing down a bit as well as for couples who want to have a prolonged sex session.
