Nexus O

A little while ago I got a box of fun toys to test out from Nexus.  Some of them work better for different anatomies, so I had to enlist my good friend and doctor t try them out for me.

The next unique item Nexus sent to me for review is the O which is a circular shaped prostate massager with an opening on one side and 3 large bumps.  It is made of 100% silicone that is firm and is odor and flavor free.  The largest diameter on any part of the O is 1.25 inches (at the bulges).  Since I lack a prostate, being female, my lucky friend, hereafter to be referred to as the Good Doctor, got the opportunity to test this and report back.  He has also been testing the Neo and the G-Rider and will be providing his experiences with those.  Here is what he had to say about his experience with the ‘O’.

Let me begin by establishing that I am myself new to the experience of prostate massagers.  This foray into the unknown was much prompted by a friend with a beautiful relationship with Nexus.  As such, I am obliged to review the nexus O.  Firstly, it presents itself as an aesthetically pleasing object.  I felt some skepticism regarding its reported perineum stimulation, but that aside it seemed to promise to engage that aspect of my brain’s desire only tickled by my finger in adolescence. I found the size not difficult to use after basic warm up, however the shape of the device makes the necessary angle for insertion somewhat difficult.  Once achieved, I found the O comfortable enough while lying on my couch.  I would guess it rested on my prostate approximately mid-gland, and the flexibility of the object allowed me to alter the pressure rather easily.  I undertook to take the advice of the included instructions and after arousal  use a ‘rocking motion’ to further the experience and effect ejaculation.  I frankly found this underwhelming.  I did indeed ejaculate, but minimally and with much less satisfaction than my normal masturbation and only after manual stimulation past the point of inevitability.  In summary, as a new and infrequent prostate massager consumer, I will be returning this one to my friend to attempt superior orgasms with vaginal stimulation and reach instead for toys reviewed elsewhere.

So there you have it! Nice to look at, comfortable to wear, but, for my friend, a little underwhelming.  Before I passed it along to him, I did play with it a little myself.  The curved arm actually works pretty well at hitting the g-spot for stationary stimulation but I did find that the other arm got in the way of my clit a bit.  It’s easy to manipulate though, so if you enjoy a steady firm pressure on your g-spot, this might be a good fit for you.

Cleaning and care are the same for any silicone toy.  You can wash it with warm water and anti-bacterial soap, boil it or toss it in the dishwasher (top rack, no soap).  Store it in a way that it won’t come in contact with other silicone products to avoid damage and always use water-based lubes.

Thanks again to Nexus for giving me such a good variety of products to test out, and thanks to my friend for his assistance.
