Pretty Pearl G Spot Waterproof Vibrator

Another green toy has found its way into my vag.  Yes, mostly because it is green.  I’m actually pretty lucky, as most reviewers are, because I get the opportunity to try some pretty expensive and cool toys.  But not everyone can afford those toys, so occasionally, I like to test out toys on the other end of the spectrum to provide an opinion on some more affordable toys.  The Pretty Pearl G Spot Waterproof Multi Speed Vibrator in green is one such vibrator. Though that name is a mouthful. I’ll be referring to this as the Pretty Pearl from now on, just because I can.  Anyways,Funwares has this pretty green vibe for the low price of $17.99 (at the time of this posting).

Of course, color and price aren’t the only things I took into consideration when picking this vibrator out. I also looked at shape, vibrations offered, waterproof, and materials. The Pretty Pearl is made of TPR which is a little more porous than silicone and should be cleaned with warm water and anti-bacterial soap or toy cleaner. It is firm and smooth to the touch.  This is a waterproof vibrator (as the name states) but you can verify this by checking for the o-ring when you unscrew the cap (its clear).  It runs on 2 AAA batteries and has 3 vibration strengths that can be accessed by the press of a button on the base.  The shape of this toy is designed for g-pot stimulation so it has a curved tip that is thicker, then a slim neck and another flared section near the base.  From tip to base, this is an 8 inch long vibrator (6.5 inches are insertable) with diameters ranging from 1.25 to 1.5 inches.

I have to admit, this vibrator was much bigger than I expected it to be even though I read the dimensions.  Sometimes my brain does that, just refuses to translate things to reality.  It isn’t a bad thing, by any means.  I just pictured it to be a little bit smaller.  The bulbous, curved tip tapers down to a smaller size so that insertion is easy and the smaller neck makes thrusting very easy.  The tip is curved enough that it doesn’t cause any uncomfortable poking and actually does a great job of rubbing my g spot.  The firmness of the material works well for this too.  The curved tip also works really great for cupping my clit when using this with another toy (because using just one toy to jack off is just silly talk.)  I mentioned that there are 3 vibration strengths for this vibrator and each is accessed with the button on the bottom. They are all steady vibrations, each stronger than the last. And they are surprisingly strong for a battery powered vibrator. The lowest is about a 3 on a scale of 10, the middle a 5, and the highest an 8. My preferred strength is the second one, which made me happy because I enjoy not needing the strongest vibration available on a battery powered toy. The noise level actually isn’t very bad, though a slight buzzing can be heard if you’re in a dead silent room.

My one gripe about this toy is seam that runs around the center of it. I know toys can be made without it, I own plenty. But for some reason, that is not the case with the Pretty Pearl. Now, I don’t notice the seam when I’m using it but it can very easily be felt with fingers. Its a small gripe, but I couldn’t not mention it.

So, if you’re in the market for a lower priced, battery powered vibrator that offers more than one vibration strength and is waterproof, you’ve found it! If green isn’t your thing (again, crazy talk!) the Pretty Pearl also comes in pink, blue, and purple.

Thanks to Funwares for providing this free for an honest review!
