Divinity White Leather Wrist Restraints

I’ve finally upgraded from neoprene wrist restraints to some quality Leather Wrist Restraints. These lovely leather restraints are made by Spartacus and were sent to me by Tabu Toys and I have to admit that I’m kind of in love with them.  Sure, I love some good plain rope as much as the next girl, but these are like luxury kink.  They aren’t just sexy leather, which just brings an extra oomph of hard-coreness to play (for me, anyways), but they have a luxuriously soft light blue faux fur lining.

But don’t dismiss these as some bondage-lite fluff!  They might look pretty and feel soft on the inside…but they are functional as well!  Lets start with the measurements…as always, I’m armed with my trust tape measure.  The lined cuff, itself, is 8.75 inches long and 2 inches wide.  The cuffs are closed with velcro which is on a smaller strap that runs down the center of the outside of the cuff.  The strap is the same strap in the pictures that has the blue jewels and d-ring on it and is 1 inch wide.  That strap is a little over 12 and a half inches long with 8 of those inches being loose for adjustability.  On the strap, there is a piece of soft fuzzy velcro that is 3 1/8 inch long and a scratchy 1 inch square on the very end of it.   The other end of the strap as a rectangular metal ring for the strap so go through and double back for closure.

The soft faux fur lining isn’t the only thing that feels nice on this restraint.  The leather feels great too and is very sturdy feeling.  At first I had my doubts about how tight this would fit with that lovely soft lining, but it actually fits very snuggly.  There can be room left to allow for movement, but I prefer the tighter fit.  Once the velcro is connected, I haven’t found any slippage or looseness.  If you have larger wrists, you may want to keep an eye on it because the closer to the end of the velcro it is connected (and I’m talking about if you have it at the very tippy toe edge) the more likely it could come loose.  I did notice that it tends to get a little warm under the restraint but that’s the only downside to the lining.  And honestly, who’s gonna notice that in the heat of the moment.

What I love about the d-ring is that it can be attached to existing tethers that have the little clip hooks or with improvised tethers like rope.  The d-ring is a nice large size that allows for just about any tether I can think of to fit through.  It is secured under the strap that runs along the outside of the cuff with 2 studs on each side.  I pulled pretty hard on that d-ring and there is no damage or pulling around the studs or on the strap.  These do have a firm hold but I wouldn’t recommend them for suspension as velcro could come undone if supporting all of one’s weight and no one wants to get hurt while having fun.

The Divinity White Leather Wrist Restraints have definitely replaced my neoprene cuffs for looks and comfort. At first I wondered if the blue faux gems would be too much, but there are only 2 of them so they don’t make the cuff look gaudy. I actually already suggested and plan to wear one of these out in public and love the idea of my guy carrying a leash or tether that he could hook to my wrist and make a little public adventure with. Of course, public scenes are for everyone, so if you want to wear it just as an accessory, that’s fine too.

I love these.  They’re fun, pretty, sexy, and oh-so-functional.  Oh, and I forgot to mention the best part…they match my SpareParts Joque Harness.  So if you’re looking for a new set of wrist restraints these may be a good fit. Grab a set from Tabu Toys and get to restraining!
